• It can be used for SEM observation simply by attaching the seal to the sample stand and peeling off the release paper.
• By using aluminum as the base material, the surface becomes smooth, and it is possible to observe without worrying about the background at low to medium magnification.
• Drift has been reduced, making it easier to observe fine particles at high magnification.
