• Schneider's XCSM Series Miniature/Small Industrial Limit Switches are designed for use with actuator-driven guard switches to monitor access doors and guards on low and high inertia machines.　When used alone, be sure to use it in Positive Mode. When combining in pairs, install one switch in "positive mode" and the other switch in "negative mode."　It can be linear (plunger) or rotational (lever).
