• This medium is a convenient and efficient combination of two media in one sheet. It is a combination of TSA II5% sheep blood agar medium for general isolation with excellent growth and hemolytic reaction and CHROMagar (TM) orientation agar medium which is a non-selective medium used for isolation and bacterial count of causative bacteria from urine samples.
