• Hygiena dairy culture reagent.
• A preculture reagent designed for dairy products.
• It is designed to put milk (1 mL) into culture solution (9 mL), and supports low-level detection (1CFU/mL).
• In the case of the coliform bacteria test, after 6 hours of incubation, the number of coliform bacteria is quantified by reacting with STEP2 reagent.
• In the case of general viable bacteria test, after 7 hours of incubation, it is reacted with STEP2 reagent to quantify the number of general viable bacteria.
