• Fixing and adjusting holder for plain optical fiber with jacket diameter (covering diameter) of 900 μm.
• Use to collimate the light from the fiber.
• The tip of the optical fiber, which is about 15 mm in length and has been stripped, is fixed with a V-groove and a plastic press. Also, the 900 μm jacket next to it is fixed with a V-groove and a resin press to stop the optical fiber from moving.
• The resin presser has built-in magnetizing set bolts, and the magnetic force of the magnet of the fiber holder gently pinches the optical fiber.
• There are two types of cross motion holders: one that moves the optical fiber only up, down, left, and right, and the other that also adjusts the direction of the fiber's light inclination.
• When using an optical fiber with a jacket diameter of 250 μm or 500 μm, replace it with a fiber holder (MFH) suitable for the jacket diameter.
• * Collimated beams cannot be obtained unless the end surface of the optical fiber is machined cleanly.
• * Use the special tool (Remover, Fiber Cutter) of the optical fiber manufacturer for the end face of the optical fiber.
• * In the case of light input to a single-mode fiber, a precise adjustment mechanism is required.
