• The characteristic of the Prochef aluminum pot series is its firm and generous thickness. Not only is it rigid enough to withstand harsh use for business use, but it is also suitable for cooking for a long time because heat is transmitted uniformly and unevenly. An entry model for business use with authentic specifications at a reasonable price.
• Aluminum has excellent heat conduction (about 13 times that of stainless steel), so the entire pot is heated slowly. The internal temperature difference is small, and it is suitable for making soup. The thicker the plate, the more heat is dispersed and scuff is less likely to occur.
• It may not work with the electromagnetic cooker.
• Please use neutral detergent for cleaning. Alkaline detergents cause corrosion.
• Since the 200 V electromagnetic cooker is very powerful, please use medium or lower volume to prevent deformation of the pot and to ensure safety, and pay close attention to the condition of the pot and internal temperature.
