• High NA infinity correction objective lens for femtosecond laser (770~790 nm) and YAG laser (1064 nm) processing.
• Since it is designed to suppress aberrations in the visible range, it is also possible to observe the machined surface coaxially with the laser beam.
• The working distance (WD) is long, the curvature of the image plane is corrected, and a natural observation image can be obtained to the periphery of the field of view.
• It is an infinity-corrected objective lens that can be used in coaxial observation systems and laser introduction optical systems.
• The near-infrared objective lens (PAL-20-NIR (780)-LC07/PAL-50-NIR (780)-LC07) is designed for LCD processing and has the highest performance when penetrating a glass substrate (0.7 mm).
• Can also be used to observe infrared light.
• The PAL-20 NIR-HR-LC00/PAL-50 NIR-HR-LC00 comes with a protective glass unit (glass thickness 1.8 mm).
• The objective lens can be protected from flying flares caused by laser processing.
• The protective glass in the protective glass unit can be replaced.
• Various objective lenses can be used with pulsed lasers even in visible light (532 nm).
• Each lens has a laser capacity of 0.1 J/cm^2 at a wavelength of 532 nm. (However, the laser pulse width is 10 ns, and the repetition frequency is 20 Hz.) • A fixed objective lens holder (LHO-26) is available.
• The observation unit with coaxial illumination (OUCI-2) and the dichroic block for laser introduction (DIMC) are available as the lens barrel for laser processing.
• * When the objective lens is used for laser processing, extend the incident beam diameter (1/e^2) to about half of the pupil diameter.
• * If the incident beam is too thin, a small focusing spot cannot be obtained. Also, high laser energy density can damage the objective lens.
• * When laser beam machining is performed using an objective lens, the surface of the objective lens may become dirty due to the machined spring.
• * Ensure sufficient operating distance (WD) or insert a thin glass shield to protect the objective lens from contamination.
• * When a femtosecond laser beam of 100 fs or less is injected, the pulse width may be widened.
• * The magnification is the same as when the imaging lens f=200 mm is used.
• * Magnification may differ when used with a microscope barrel of another manufacturer.
• * For the actual magnification, check the focal length of the imaging lens of the lens barrel you are using, and determine the ratio between the focal length of the imaging lens and the focal length of the objective lens.
• * The PAL-20 NIR-HR-LC00/PAL-50 NIR-HR-LC00 is designed with the thickness of the supplied protective glass in mind.
• * Performance will not be as specified if the protective glass is removed.
