• Quenched steel stage body and moving table are directly guided for extremely durable direct movement stage.
• Both the fixing and moving table part tap of the stage body are stages using M6 bolts.
• The M6 tap can be directly mounted on a vibration isolator or optical laboratory table machined in a matrix.
• Stainless steel stage for vacuum (TSDS-652) is available.
• Both the fixing and moving table part taps of the stage body are stages using M6 or 1/4 inch bolts.
• Can be mounted directly on M6 or 1/4 inch type vibration isolators and optical laboratory tables.
• * Depending on the part that secures the micrometer head and the type of micrometer head, it may protrude from the upper surface of the stage.
• * Please note that depending on the shape of the specimen attached to the stage, it may not be possible to fix or secure the amount of movement.
