• You can draw a hydrophobic circle around the tissue mounted on a slide.
• The hydrophobic circles don't disappear with ethanol, acetone and water, but they can be washed away with xylene.
• It can also be used for immunostaining (PAP method, ABC method, etc.) and fluorescent antibody method.
